1. Eligibility and Membership Criteria

 

• Target Audience: NexusHearts provides bespoke matchmaking services strictly designed for gentlemen seeking meaningful, long-term relationships with other gentlemen.

• Verification: All applicants must be at least 20 years of age. Members are required to undergo our mandatory identity verification process (The Authentication Review).

• Right of Refusal: NexusHearts reserves the exclusive right to approve or decline any membership application at our absolute discretion to maintain the quality, integrity, and trusted standards of our community.

2. Absolute Confidentiality and Privacy

 

• Discreet Handling: NexusHearts is committed to protecting your personal data, profile details, and verification documents in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Mutual Non-Disclosure: Members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information, identities, or photographs of other members disclosed during the matchmaking process. Sharing or leaking another member’s information to any third party or public domain will result in immediate termination of membership without refund and potential legal action.

• Profile Visibility: Your profile and photos remain invisible to the general public. They will only be shared with curated matches upon your explicit mutual consent.

3. Membership Fees and Payments

 

• Service Fees: Membership plans and bespoke service fees will be discussed and agreed upon during The Bespoke Consultation.

• Non-Refundable Policy: All membership fees, packages, and deposits are non-refundable once the matchmaking services, profile reviews, or personal consultations have commenced, except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the company.

4. Code of Conduct and Safety Guidelines

 

• Authenticity: Members guarantee that all information, backgrounds, and photos provided during registration are accurate, honest, and up-to-date.

• Respectful Interaction: Members must conduct themselves with dignity, mutual respect, and absolute discretion during all introductions, communications, and curated dates.

• Prohibited Activities: NexusHearts enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, misrepresentation, commercial solicitation, or any form of unlawful behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

• NexusHearts acts as a curated introduction platform built upon shared values and compatibility. While we rigorously vet our members, we do not guarantee a successful relationship outcome or marriage, and we are not liable for the personal conduct or actions of members outside of our curated platform.
