Welcome to NexusHearts (www.nexushearts.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership, access to, and use of the Private Matchmaking & Relationship Concierge Services.  (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

Our Philosophy

At NexusHearts, we believe that meaningful relationships deserve privacy, trust, respect, and personalized care.

 

We are not a public dating platform or social networking service.

 

Every introduction is thoughtfully curated by experienced Matchmakers, and every member is treated with dignity, discretion, and the highest level of confidentiality.

 

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

 

NexusHearts strictly complies with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019) and all applicable amendments.

 

By registering as a member, submitting an application, or using this website, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Member” or “the User”) explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, including any subsequent amendments and sub-regulations enacted up to the present date. Continued use of the platform constitutes your implicit agreement to any updated Terms. Please read these Terms thoroughly before proceeding.

 

Scope of Services

 

NexusHearts provides a Private Matchmaking & Relationship Concierge Service designed for individuals seeking meaningful relationships within a trusted, confidential, and carefully curated environment.

 

Our services are available to eligible Thai and international applicants and may include, but are not limited to:

 

• Personalized matchmaking consultations
•  
• Compatibility assessment and relationship profiling
•  
• Curated member introductions
•  
• Personalized date coordination and scheduling
•  
• Venue and restaurant recommendations
•  
• Relationship guidance and post-date feedback
•  
• Concierge support related to your selected membership
•  

NexusHearts does not operate as a public dating platform.

 

Member profiles are never publicly displayed, searchable, or browsable by other members.

 

Every introduction is personally curated by our Matchmaking Team to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all members.

 

Eligibility and Membership Standards

 

1. Membership must be male by birth and at least 20 years of age on the date of applying for membership. NexusHearts welcomes both Thai and international applicants who meet our membership criteria.

 

2. NexusHearts is a personalized, niche matchmaking and introduction service primarily designed and curated for single male applicants with verified status.

 

3. NexusHearts does not restrict membership based solely on legal marital status (whether involving opposite-sex or same-sex marriage, or cohabitation recognized under applicable laws). However, all members must comply with the Company’s ethical standards, and the service shall not be used to encourage, facilitate, or intentionally cause the breakdown of any existing marriage, family, or committed relationship.

 

4. Membership becomes effective only upon full payment of the membership fee and the signing of the agreement between NexusHearts and the member.

 

5. Members must provide accurate, precise, and up-to-date information. If false or inaccurate information is detected, NexusHearts reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the membership without any refund.

 

Fees, Subscriptions, and Membership Validity

The membership fee depends on the selected plan and is specified in the contract; please note that the fee does not include the 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).

 

Membership Suspension (Freeze Policy): Members may request to temporarily freeze their active membership duration. The permitted frequency, cumulative duration of the freeze period, and its impact on the matchmaking guarantee are strictly governed by the specific quotas and privileges allocated to the Member’s chosen Membership Tier.

 

Membership fee payments must be made to the company’s account or authorized bank account designated by the Company, as specified in the contract.

 

Privacy & Information Disclosure 

 

NexusHearts ensures the utmost privacy within our exclusive network. We disclose only essential profile information, and members are required to conduct themselves with courtesy, dignity, and the highest level of respect.

 

A member’s contract and membership will be automatically terminated, and their profile immediately removed from the system, if the member enters into a relationship, becomes engaged, marries, or begins cohabiting with any individual—whether introduced through the company or via private channels outside the company. No refunds or transfers of rights to others are permitted. 

 

Members remain in full control of when and with whom their personal identity and contact information are shared. 

 

Refund Policy for Basic Service Fees

 

If the Company is unable to provide the minimum services specified in the Membership Agreement within the agreed service period  within the timeframe stipulated in the contract, NexusHearts will refund 60% of the total membership fee. The remaining 40% of the fee shall be retained by the Company as justified compensation for operational costs, data profiling, personal interviews, and matchmaking system allocation already incurred and delivered to the Member.

 

The 60% refund policy shall be strictly void, and the Company reserves the right to refuse any refund if the Member:

(a) rejects more than 3 curated profile recommendations that comply with the agreed baseline criteria;

(b) fails to respond, confirm, or decline a recommended profile within 3 business days; or

(c) requests to freeze the membership, whereby the freeze duration shall be excluded from the 6-month calculation period.

 

Refunds will be processed solely via crossed cheque or bank transfer to an account held in the name of the member specified in the contract. The refund process takes 4 to 6 weeks.

 

If the Member requests to terminate the membership or cancel the services voluntarily while the Company is not in breach of this Agreement, the Member explicitly agrees and acknowledges that no refunds or fee returns shall be granted under any circumstances.

 

Limitation of Responsibility 

 

Limitation of Responsibility  Framework: Matchmaking is built upon individual chemistry, personal autonomy, and voluntary choices.

 

While the Company conducts rigorous vetting, the Company, its executives, and employees strictly enforce a Limitation of Responsibility and shall not be held legally, civilly, or financially responsible under any circumstances for the actions, personal conduct, or behavior of any member outside of our curated introduction sessions.Third-Party Disputes & Personal Safety Waiver:

 

The Company is entirely exempt from any liability regarding domestic disputes, marital conflicts, or legal actions initiated by third parties (such as spouses or family members) arising from a member’s choice to utilize our services.

 

Furthermore, the Company is not responsible or legally liable for any personal consequences, emotional distress, loss of property, theft, physical harm, or any form of felony occurring during or after private interactions between members.

 

Members enter all communications, meetings, and dates entirely at their own risk.Financial Liability Cap: Total financial liability of the Company for any proven service failures is strictly limited to the net service fee paid during the active membership.

 

Governing Law: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before commencing legal proceedings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

 

Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
